Britt may have married into this construction family, but she’s always had a deep love for the building arts. Britt brings a passion for design and space planning to the team, as well as a love of hands-on work, project management, and the ability to visualize space as it could be rather than what it is. Britt is also a licensed REALTOR, AirBnB host, and local elected city council person.

Jason Livdahl

Reviving the family construction business that Greg started in the ‘90’s was Jason’s idea, and adds to the ever expanding list of small businesses that we operate as entrepreneurs. Jason’s ‘day job’ as a battalion chief in the fire service ensures that he excels at logistics, organization, administration, and all around hard work. Jason is also a real estate investor, talented home-brewer, and AirBnB co-host.

Greg Livdahl
OWNER
Greg has 40 years experience working in the construction industry, both in his own business and for small and large firms. Greg is an award-winning project manager who has amassed a loyal following of clients that return again and again. He is a past president of the Kitsap Home Builders Association, and was awarded their Remodeler of the Year Award for 2020.
